The production is strictly organic. The olives are hand-picked in the veraison stage and extracted in a controlled temperature environment on the same day. This helps preserve the highest quality, longevity, low acidity and antioxidant properties. This extra virgin olive oil has a green-gold colour. Its nose is characterised by scents of artichoke and tomato leaves. The same aromas are perceived on the palate too, enriched by perfectly balanced bitter and spicy notes.
