Frescobaldi Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2016 - 750ml:
Floral nose dominated by violet and rosehip aromas. Blackcurrant fruity notes lead into marked spiced highlights of black pepper and nutmeg followed by underbrush and humus. The wine is fresh, complex and rich to the palate. The tannin structure is rich and dense as appropriate for the most authentic Sangiovese. The finish is persistent, harmonious and bequeaths pleasant memories of noble tobacco.

Nipozzano Reserva 150 Anniversary Gold Edition 2014:
This wine is a special release of this wine available in a gold bottle to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Castello di Nipozzano.

The wine is ruby coloured with purple reflections. Entry on the nose is floral, clean aromas of sweet violet which prevail over the fruitiness. Then, raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry, accompanied by liquorice scents and spicy notes of Muscat and white pepper. At the end sweet notes of black plum jam and almond candy appear. Entry on the palate is warm and decisive, with tannins readily evident. The texture appears decisive, a typical characteristic of Chianti Rùfina. Long persistence. Aftertaste at the end dominated by floral and spicy notes at the back of the mouth.
