This is a Nigorisake, which means it was filtered with a loose sieve and has more rice particles; this creates a cloudy sake with a distinctive sweet taste. Usually, Nigorisake is made with Junmai-shu but Obata Shuzo makes it with Junmai Ginjo. This sake presents tropical notes of starfruitand guava on the palate with a refreshing burst of flavor.
