1. Log in to Jebsen Fine Wines member account, member discounted price will be displayed. Add the products to shopping cart and click "Shopping Cart".

2. Please re-confirm the products and quantity in the shopping cart. Then, select a delivery date and time. If you have a "Promotion Code", please enter the promotion code and click "Proceed to Checkout".

3. Follow the steps to fill in shipping address, cash coupon (if any) and select a payment method. Click "Place Order" to proceed online payment.

4. Upon the payment successfully processed, system will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. You can check all your order record in "My Account" page anytime.

Simply enter the promotion code in the shopping cart and click "Apply".

If the promotion code you have entered is accepted, the discount will be displayed immediately in the shopping cart.

If you have enter the "Promotion Code" but the discount did not displayed in the shpping cart, please make sure the promotion code is valid. If the product I want to order is temporarily out of stock, you can enter your email address and click "Notify Me". We will send you restock notification when stocks are replenished.
If you have accepted and agreed our cookie policy, the products you added in the shopping cart will be stored. If you use the same browser to browse the site, you can easily find the products in shopping cart even if you have already logged out. Please note that adding a product in shopping cart does not mean that it is reserved.
Free delivery service is available for net purchase upon HK$1,000. Orders with net purchase less than HK$1,000, we will charge HK$80 for delivery. Please note that each order is limited to one single shipping location.

Order

You will receive an order number once the transaction has been completed. Order number can be found in following ways:

- Order number will be displayed once your online payment has been successfully processed;

- The order confirmation email with order number and order details will be sent to the email address you provided; or

- "My Orders" page after logging in to your account.

Once the order has been confirmed, it is not able to change or cancel. We suggest you to double check the order details including products, quantity and order amount before submitting the order.

Payment

To provide a smart shopping experience, Jebsen Fine Wines accepts multiple payment methods including:

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay and FPS.

Upon the payment has been successfully processed, system will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. You can check all your order records in "My Orders" page after logging into your account.

Once you have confirmed the payment, we will immediately get the authorization from your credit card issuer to complete the online transaction. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 3180-3424 during office hours or email to support@jebsen-wines.com.

There are different reasons for unsuccessful online payments. Please check the valid date of your credit card, make sure you have entered the correct information, and have sufficient and valid credit to pay for the order. If you still have problems, please contact the credit card issuer.


Orders that are not paid successfully will be in the "Pending" status. Since the order cannot be changed once the order has been submitted, you can make a new order and select a new payment method. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 3180-3424 during office hours or email to support@jebsen-wines.com.

Once the order has made, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours. Please be patient. If you have not received the order confirmation email after the timeout, the email may have been filtered into spam. Please check the spam folder.

DELIVERY

To speed up the purchasing process and delivery, all orders will be processed immediately by the system. That means once the order has been submitted, it is not able to change the shipping address. Please double check the order details before submitting the order.

If you need to modify the shipping address, please email your order number to support@jebsen-wines.com or contact our Customer Service Representative at 3180-3424 at least 1 working day prior to the original delivery date before 3pm (For example, if the original delivery date is on next Monday, you must send a change notice to us by this Friday before 3pm), otherwise you may require to pay an administration charge for delivery.

If you find the product is damaged or the quantity does not match the order or the product has quality issue, please email the order number, product name, replacement reason and product photo to support@jebsen-wines.com within 7 working days upon receiving the products. Our Customer Service Representative will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Please keep the order receipt, delivery note and original packaging. Unless the product is damaged or defective, opened or used products will not be refunded or exchanged. For details, please refer to "Return & Refund" .

If you have not received your order by the scheduled date, we suggest you to log in to "My Account" and check the delivery address and contact number in "My Orders" page. If all information is correct, please email your order number to support@jebsen-wines.com or contact Customer Service Representative at 3180-3424 for further assistance.

You can authorize others to receive the goods on your behalf. If the delivery product includes alcoholic beverages, the recipient must be 18 years old or above (proof of identity must be presented for verification) . If the recipient is under the age of 18, Jebsen Fine Wines has the right to take back the goods and will reschedule the delivery date and time. The additional costs (if any) incurred in re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Our delivery service is not available at:

- restricted area where entry or access requires specific permit or license;
- non-permanent address, hotel guest rooms, ports, marina and warehouses; and
- at premises above 4th floor of a building which cannot be accessed by elevator for delivery of 2 cases or more.
The delivery note will only display the product name and quantity.

In case of inclement weather or conditions beyond our control, such as under the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning signal, severe flooding, closure or road closure for festive celebrations or mass demonstrations, delivery service may be delayed or paused.

Under the influence of bad weather conditions, there may be one to two days delay to the normal delivery time for part of the orders . The estimated delivery date at checkout only reflects our best estimate of your order delivery date/time, and the exact delivery time depends on weather conditions and other relevant conditions.

Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday. Delivery time-slots are from 12 noon to 6 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. No delivery service is provided on Sundays and public holidays.

Orders confirmed before 5:30pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) can enjoy next day delivery*.

*Next Day Delivery does not apply to Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlying islands.

You can request a password reset in the "Login" section of the website: click "Forgot Your Password" link, enter your email address and submit, you will then receive a "Reset Password" email. Press the Reset Password link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password.
After logging in to the account, you can click "Edit Account" in "Account Details", enter the new password in "Change Password" field and click "Save".
You can change the "Communication Preferences" in your account at any time by updating your profile in “My Account”. You can also click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
