The full-body sake has green apple, pear and fragrant rice flavour. Aftertaste is long and with umami. What makes it special is the way to make this sake - Fukurozuri (Bag hanging). Sake was poured into bags and hang until every drop of sake is dripped. Compare to the traditional pressing method, this method takes more time but can make a fragrant and rich flavbour high-end sake.
