An opaque rather greenish yellow color, to the nose it is quite fresh and citric, with a slight sweet note, that reminds us maybe of quince, some red apples and white flowers such as Jasmine, giving the way to a very good acidity in mouth, quite citric and with a slight note of white peaches.
