Buddy Dollar Rewards Terms

Buddy Dollar Reward program (“BD Reward”) is a customer loyalty program operated by Jebsen Beverage Company Limited. By joining BD Reward as a member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions below.

1.            Earn Buddy Dollars:  Once become a member, you can start earning Buddy Dollars by making purchase on Jebsenfinewines.com:

1 Buddy Dollar for every HK$100 spent

If you use cash or discount coupons, promo codes or redeem Buddy Dollars to purchase, Buddy Dollars will be calculated based on your net purchase amount and not awarded in decimal, e.g. if your net purchase amount is HK$199, you will earn 1 Buddy Dollar.

You may also earn Buddy Dollars when you participate in our promotional activities, e.g. register as a member.

2.            Redeem Buddy Dollars:  You can use your accumulated Buddy Dollars to redeem cash discount on your purchase on Jebsenfinewines.com:

1 Buddy Dollar = HK$1

Buddy Dollars used will be deducted from your BD Reward account instantly.

3.            Please allow at least 5 working days for Buddy Dollars to be credited to your BD Reward account after your purchase or activity. You can check your Buddy Dollars balance by login Jebsenfinewines.com. Our record of your accumulated Buddy Dollars is final and conclusive.

4.            Buddy Dollars earned during the current calendar year will expire automatically on 31 March of next calendar year.

5.            You cannot transfer your Buddy Dollars or combine with other members’ Buddy Dollars.

6.            Some brands and products are excluded from BD Reward and will not earn Buddy Dollars.

7.            If you refund or return any goods which Buddy Dollars were earned, we will deduct and adjust Buddy Dollars that you earned in that original purchase. No monetary refunds will be given for returned products that you purchased by using Buddy Dollars.

8.            We have the rights to: (a) adjust, withdraw or cancel any Buddy Dollars awarded or to be awarded to you; (b) suspend or stop BD Reward program; and (c) terminate your membership if you make no purchase on Jebsenfinewines.com for over 24 months. We can exercise these rights at our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.
